Hotel Oakland Village, established in 2011, is an innovative affordable senior community in Oakland, California, offering over 85 free, on-site health and wellness programs to its nearly 400 residents, with a focus on reducing senior isolation and promoting long-term health. The community's comprehensive approach includes resident-managed health education groups, regular health assessments, and over 90 monthly social activities, enabling seniors to remain active, vibrant, and socially connected while aging in place.
